If ever we are being given a opportunity to redefine ourselves, it seems to be now.

Its amazing how we let ourselves get attached to things. Especially "stuff."

My conversations over the past month have been eye opening. Most people seem to be going through a seismic shift of some kind. Wether in their finances or their relationships, or some structure that isnt working any more...a lot is going on

For those who are able to find a place of peace in it, then these are challenging, but exciting times.

As I was practising stillness today, I saw a clear picture of a tiny, tiny bead of power, the size of an atom.... being pierced.

As it split, huge power was released.

It was a painful, but exhilarating picture, and I felt led to share it with you. Its the story of the "Human Story" (above).

You know what? Its ok to be going through it right now. It will ultimately release you to a fuller place. A place thats even more... you.
